Features
  • Fabrication of a new Walking Beam Furnace to replace an outdated Denton Furnace
  • Furnace length of 19-feet (22’ overall length with 3’ charge table)and has a total of eight burners
  • Charge end designed to be modular to allow for future expansion, mesh chain curtains designed for load & discharge
  • Ceramic fiber refractory roof & wall insulation; cooling provided by a closed loop recirculating system
  • Fixed horizontal stroke with adjustable stroke time, manual stroke activation is located at discharge end
